Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship only to European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

  • Orders from countries outside these regions cannot be completed.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate Portugal: €6

  • Flat rate EU: €16

  • Flat rate UK: €16

  • This rate covers shipping and handling.

  • Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, especially for the UK.

Shipping Time


  • Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time depends on the carrier:

    • EU: 2-10 business days

    • UK: 3-12 business days

Tracking

  • Each order receives a tracking number that will be sent automatically by email.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address at checkout.

Packaging and Care
